We are pleased to say that we are able to allow people back into the clinic reception and consultation rooms with our veterinary staff. We kindly ask everyone to still wear a mask where possible to help keep everyone protected. Should there be a Covid-19 outbreak amongst our staff we would be forced to close the clinic. By wearing masks and using the hand sanitiser provided, we may be able to prevent this from happening.

Our phone lines have been extremely busy recently and some of our clients have found it difficult to get through. We have been working hard to answer every phone call and we have added in extra phone lines to try to allow more clients to call at the same time. Our busiest time is when the clinic opens at 9am, so if your concern is not urgent, please try calling after 10:30am. 

Additionally, we are currently receiving hundreds of emails every week with different requests, and sometimes we are unable to respond to each email the same day. If you email on a Saturday or Sunday, we may not be able to respond to these until the next week. We will do everything we can to respond as quickly as possible.
